Field Sales Contractor 

Up to $28/hour | Up to 20 hrs/week 

We’re looking for confident sellers and community builders to represent Buttah Skin in our retail partner stores across the United States. This is a contract-based field role for someone who knows how to move product, train retail teams, and create a real presence on the sales floor—without gatekeeping the glow. What You’ll Do

As a Field Sales Contractor, you’ll drive in-store visibility and sales across Ulta, Macy’s, and JCPenney locations within a 40-mile radius of your area. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Visiting 3-4 retail stores/month 

  • Training and building relationships with retail staff

  • Executing consumer-facing events to boost sales

  • Merchandising and maintaining Buttah’s shelf presence

  • Gathering store insights and spotting opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Beauty or retail sales experience (Ulta/Sephora)

  • Strong communication and training skills

  • Comfort working independently and setting your own schedule

  • Access to a car and willingness to travel locally

  • Ability to hit weekly and monthly sales goals

  • Flexibility to align visits with peak store hours

  • A filter-free, recent photo of you (we’re a skincare brand—we want to see you, not a filter!)

Schedule & Hours

  • Set your own hours, but plan to work during high-traffic periods

  • Expect to work 3 days per week, up to 20 hours/week

  • Up To $28/hour, paid bi-monthly (15th & 30th)

  • Submit weekly sales reports and signed attendance sheets

  • Join weekly check-ins with our Director of Field Sales

  • Stay aligned with quarterly goals and budgeted hours

Glow Note: This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. We’re looking for sales professionals who can create buzz, close sales, and empower others to do the same. You’ll be part coach, part ambassador, and all-around sales powerhouse.
